Terms of Service

We operate a precision-scheduled workshop to ensure every vehicle receives the dedicated time required for thorough inspection and repair.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the diagnostic charge.

Estimates provided prior to physical inspection are provisional. We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle is deemed unsafe to operate within our facility. Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may require rescheduling to respect subsequent appointments.

Transparency is fundamental to our engineering ethos. We do not commence unauthorised work. All initial quotes cover diagnostic procedures and standard labour.

Should our technicians discover additional faults requiring attention, work will halt, and you will be contacted for explicit authorisation before we proceed.

We accept major credit and debit cards, direct bank transfer, and cash. Full payment is required upon completion of services prior to vehicle release.

We source only OEM or high-grade equivalent parts to guarantee the integrity of our repairs.

All parts supplied by Oakwood Auto Centre and the associated labour are covered under a standard 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty against defects. This warranty is non-transferable.

Wear-and-tear items such as brake pads and wiper blades, and parts supplied by the customer, are explicitly excluded from this warranty.

While your vehicle is in our custody, it is treated with the utmost respect and secured within our monitored facility.

Oakwood Auto Centre carries comprehensive motor trade insurance covering damage caused directly by our negligence. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal items left within the vehicle. Please remove all valuables prior to drop-off.

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or mechanical failures that occur organically during the diagnostic process.
